Case Study: IKEA
The Goal: Create a Years-of-Service program for IKEA USA, to include product selection, inventory management and the execution of an easy-to-use online order process (from our website) for all IKEA US locations.
The Process: We collaborated with IKEA USA to identify a merchandise assortment for their US demographic that would also support their iconic IKEA global image.
The Solution: Together, we chose a selection of Swiss Army watches to represent IKEA's European heritage, design, and quality as a way of marking employees' tenure with the company. Also included in the program is an item from A.T. Cross - another international brand with a long, established history of craftsmanship. We have managed this Service Award Program since 2004.
