The Client: IKEA – International Home Products Company
The Goal: Create a Years-of-Service program to include product selection, inventory management and the execution of an easy-to-use online order process (from our website) for all US locations.
The Process: We collaborated with the client to identify a merchandise assortment for their US demographic that would also support their iconic global image.
The Solution: Together, we chose a selection of Swiss Army watches to represent their European heritage, design, and quality as a way of marking employees' tenure with the company. Also included in the program is a 5yr pin for employees to proudly display their identity. We have managed this Service Award Program since 2004.
