The Goal

Increase sales of their modular laboratory equipment systems.

The Process

We needed to capture the attention of our client’s target audience and introduce them to this emerging brand. Part of that introduction was establishing HRB as having a better understanding of the needs of smaller pharmaceutical, biotech, and academic research labs. With that groundwork in place, they could do a better job of showing how they help smaller labs work at the same level as the big guys. With a cutting edge, tech-minded audience, we’ve utilized merchandise that’s appealing to that group.

The Solution

  • Water bottles that mimic the shape of their new hydration system – used for Open House gift where new product was unveiled and demonstrated
  • Bolt/screw USB – Can store user manuals, product specs for possible purchase, and everyday office use by client. Shape evokes the double helix screw of the logo.
  • Swiss Army laptop backpack
  • Hexagon removable decals
  • Mobile device battery charger
  • Compressed t-shirt in the shape of their double helix screw logo
  • All-over-print slub t-shirt with retail-style graphics
  • Safety glasses – sales team used as thank you gifts for meetings, for use in clients’ laboratories
