Frequently Asked Questions

Industry research shows that promotional marketing is the most effective form of advertising. Promotional products are remembered much longer than other advertisement mediums (broadcast, online, mobile, and print). Receiving a gift is an impactful way to show an investor, employee, or customer that they are valued and appreciated. Even better, a well-chosen promotional product will be used for years and will remind the recipient of the company that gave it and their interest in fostering a long-term relationship.
Top uses include: 1) Self-promo/marketing giveaways 2) Client Gifts 3) Company Events 4) Trade Show Giveaways 5) Employee Gifts

On average people reach out 4 weeks before their in-hands date.

With large or complex orders it is best to reach out to us as early as possible. Some clients reach out 6 months before their event/in-hands date. Last minute orders are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may not be possible in certain circumstances.

We work with you to find the best solutions that meet your budgeting needs! Minimums can vary, but we will always do our best to find branded merchandise at the quantities and price range needed.
Some projects require partial or full pre-payment before the order begins. The order will not be processed until pre-payment is received.

Almost anything! From backpacks to uniforms, mugs, padfolios, pens, cutting boards, car chargers, and more! If you aren’t sure if an item can be logoed, just ask!
.eps or .ai file formats can be used to print your logo. Other file formats .jpg or .png can be used for an initial mocked-up image of the product, but cannot be used for the final production.
