The Goal
Assist with projects varied in focus including goals to strengthen recruitment efforts, build brand recognition, show appreciation to employees, and increase community involvement.
The Process
Bath Iron Works frequently sends us specific parameters of what they need. Specifically, their annual holiday gift and recruitment collateral. We utilize our breadth of product knowledge to offer targeted options to meet those parameters with differentiating features like brand name quality, budget-friendly price, and heightened customization, as they are a client that enjoys ample branding on their promotional merchandise.
The Solution
We’ve supported the recruitment team with high-end brand apparel so they can represent the quality of their workplace and product. This also has included reusable table throws and branded job fair gifts for increased booth engagement, as well as a take home item that will have repeated use or will be affixed to something for increased brand recognition. That has included Sharpies, pens, backpacks, shaker bottles, beanies, and custom keychains.
For their large annual employee appreciation holiday gift, we customized a laptop backpack to meet their specific needs. We found a style versatile enough to suit both corporate office and production floor employees, adapted numerous decoration areas including a full custom lining, added multiple reflective elements to increase safety (a workplace value and priority), and put it all on an incredibly feature-rich backpack.
Additional event support that we have provided includes parade tee shirts, volunteer polos for a ship christening (color coordinated to go along with the type of volunteer), padfolios for their office staff, and engraved Yetis as a graduation present for their apprentices.
The Result
An ongoing collaborative relationship and the repeated orders that we have received keeps us frequently involved and up to date on their current corporate culture and workplace initiatives. It’s an exciting challenge to provide product solutions that meet their varied goals.
