Create an employee recognition program that employees appreciate and reduces managers’ workload.

The Process

Every audience and company culture is different, so we worked with their HR department to get a sense of their employees and the tenor of gifts the company wanted to provide as a gesture of thanks.

The Solution

We created a Years of Service program with a custom gift selection based on the audience, an online platform that automatically alerts employees of their upcoming benchmark and allows them to choose their own gift. Gifts and a note of appreciation are shipped directly to employee, so managers do not have to order and store service gifts. We continually update the years of service gift offerings based on product popularity.

The Result

The relationship between Dogs at Work and Mott MacDonald has been going strong since 2007. Their Years of Service program continues to be a popular mainstay to reward their many employees across the United States and Canada— some who have been with the company for over 25 years.
