The Process
The brand’s roots are in seaside sailing haven Martha’s Vineyard. Their casual, fun products are sold in their tourist-friendly stores along the Atlantic coast and online. Our job is to continually identify unique products that would resonate with their coast-loving shoppers and represent the essence of their brand. As part of this, we have explored new items at lower price ranges (price points that were previously underrepresented) to reach a larger audience.
The Solution
We have provided a range of quality items – classic to trendy – that have sold impressively, many outperforming annual sales predictions. We’ve achieved sales growth for the client by providing affordable options in staple product categories as well as developing custom products exclusive to The Black Dog.

- Drinkware: Mason jar glasses, ceramic travel mugs, iced drink cups, drink coozies
- Bumper stickers & car magnets
- Outdoor toys: frisbees, hacky sacks
- Dog accessories: toys, ceramic & travel food bowls

- Custom enamel key chains
The Result
We have supplied merchandise to the Black Dog retail stores since 2007. Our ideas, coupled with the price and quality of our merchandise, has produced impressive sell-through results for the last 14 years. We also supply them with promotional merchandise to support their brand recognition campaigns.
