The Process
When JP Morgan has an event scheduled, there are a few things that are put into consideration: any themes associated with the event, as well as the location.
With one event being held in a beautiful Florida location, we proposed an on-site sunglasses fitting event to stay in keeping with the destination. JP Morgan jumped on the idea and asked if we could curate an event with several brands to offer.
For a recognition event in New Jersey that involved fine wine, JP Morgan wanted something classy and on-theme to provide their participants.
The Solution
With their request to feature multiple brands of sunglasses for their attendees, we were able to curate a custom experience that included top sunglass brands – Ray-Ban, Oakley, Costa del Mar and Kate Spade. At the event, guests were invited to a private event at the hotel with a custom selection of sunglass styles. Guests were welcome to try on all the styles, received custom fitting support from the staff, and walked away with their favorite pair to immediately enjoy on the beach and golf course outside.
For their subsequent wine event, we took the theme to heart and provided them with 2-piece sets of premium Riedel stemless wine glasses.
The Result
Our client’s feedback after the sunglass event was great: “The experience was really good. the reps were very nice and accommodating. Had good energy. All went very well. Thank you for pulling it together. It was a hit. And folks really liked the mix of brands.”
JP Morgan also appreciated our creativity in providing a usable logo for their wine experience. They wanted to feature the famous JP Morgan yacht, and while the full logo was too intricate for engraving, our creative team was able to put something together that would look both clean and sophisticated engraved on a wine glass.
